My S7 is Acting Crazy

My Galaxy S7 has been acting strangely these past couple days. It reboots by itself and I can't delete my cache. It says it's computing. It also is draining my battery. I have to recharge it.

I contacted Verizon and they walked me through trying to fix it. Thought it was fixed, but then it started to reboot again and I can't delete my cache.

Then I did a factory reset but no good.

I'm getting so frustrated. I thought the iPhone was bad, but this takes the cake. I only got this phone in August. It was working great until a couple days ago. I'm afraid if they replace it, it'll act the same. (I've been reading some blogs, and people complaint that their replacement does the same thing.)

I have an appointment at a Verizon store on Saturday, but I wanted to hear what others say.

Getting a new device should be an exciting time as it brings about new designs and features right at the tip of your fingers. It does concern us to hear you are having problems with your phone but we will work on getting you a resolution as soon as possible. You mentioned that this issue just started a few days ago, was there any changes that you recall happened around that time? Any software updates or any new apps that were downloaded?
