I am going to be at a location for six weeks that has no land line or WiFi. I need to know if there is a device or anyway to get a WiFi connection ?

The iPhone 7 can directly connect to the Verizon Wireless network through the 4G radio. Why would you need it to connect first to a wifi router for its Internet access?
The expense of an added device to provide wifi is probably more than the expense of simply increasing your data allowance and using your cellular connection for the 6 week timeframe. Skip the intermediate step of a device that also uses cellular data to give the phone access to wifi - and just use the phone's cellular connection.
