How can I get get back into my locked out of my Galaxy S7 Edge?

Question

I was using the fingerprint scan to open my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.  For some reason tonight, it is not allowing me to use that.  I've tried asking for passwords, but none of them work either.  I do not want to do a factory reset as I will lose all data/information on the phone.  Any suggestions?
