I'm having trouble individualizing Notification tones for my special friend so that I know when I receive a message from her as distinguished from all other users. I know it can be done but I can't find the right menu. Can anyone help?

i don't see anywhere to do it? i would think the phone was capable, but if not, i bet one of the sms/mms (handcent, etc) apps could do it?
I asssume you are talking about a text notification. You can download the app called Ringo Lite. You then can assign a specific contact a text ringtone or even a calling ringtone.
