My Verizon Network not working on Nexus 6P

Hi all,

I have a loaner Nexus 6P which I inserted my SIM Card too. I restarted it and it's showing that it's recognizing it's on the Verizon network. However, I am unable to send/receive messages or calls. Couldn't get through on the phone to a Verizon rep, so figured I would start here.

Any ideas?

I'm sorry your loaner phone isn't working jdr130. You may need to have us send you new SIM card. You can also get one from the Verizon store if you have an active account with us. What eror do you receive when you try to make a call?
