Does Authorized Retailer replace Phones?

Hello Everyone,

I have a defect V20 and I was told to go to a local store to replace my device. Does authorized retailer replace phones? Or does it have to be a corp store?

Neither can replace the phone directly. They can order a warranty replacement to be shipped to you.

Well, I called them and they told me to go to a local store since I'm a cash member.

It's a bricked device, you are telling me I have to wait for the new phone to come in which can take few days?
