Music Locked

I just got a Galaxy S7 and downloaded all my 'stuff' from a cloud transfer from my old phone.  My music shows up but it's all locked so I can't use it for a ringtone.  The music was purchased free and clear from Amazon.  I had no problem using it in various ways on my old phone, including ringtones.  What gives?

Congrats on the new phone! Glad to hear that you were able to get everything transferred to your new device. If the music was originally purchase through Amazon and then it would be best to reach out to Amazon Support to identify what may have the songs locked and if they can be unlocked.
