How Do I Set Up Yahoo Email On My Device?

my yahoo email account stop working. I tried to set it back up and keep getting a error message of: Unable to set up account An Incorrect username or password has been entered or pop3/imap access is not turned on. Check account settings. My user name and password is correct so how to I turn on pop3/imap access?
