Trying to download a ringtone from Verizon tones and keep getting error code 267. Tried uniuninstallinpp, didn't help. Now what?

If you really want the Verizon tone, call customer service, choose option 4 for "Other" and say "Agent" at the cvoice prompt to get connected to a live person quickly. They should be able to resolve whatever the issue is.
