I am interested in getting the new IPhone 7 Plus. I may trade in my IPhone 6 128gb. Promo states I would get a $650 bill credit over 24 months. But, while going through purchase my trade in amount is valued at $225. I'm confused !!

It's important to remember to complete the order for the equipment BEFORE processing the trade in for your current device because then you have to cancel the Trade In since the warehouse is expecting that device back. Complete the order and decline the trade in because when you do it with the trade in it will display the incorrect promotional value since the iPhone 7 is not current active.
Yes you are correct. The trade in value will not include the value of the promotion since you do not have an iPhone 7 currently active.
Ensure your device is paid off in order to receive the $650.

So, do I get the $650 promo credit plus the $225? Also, when I do the initial order, select no trade in and the do the trade in after I receive the phone in October? Thanks for your help!
