LG 3 kernel crash

My phone randomly crashed yesterday. I took the battery out to try to reboot it that way, but I was prompted with an "Kernel Crash" error. It told me to connect to a USB and go to dload mode. I connected to a USB, but I'm not able to get pass the crash error message. Help?

We have 4 more months left on our contract and frustrated.

Please help.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We never want to see our customers having problems with their phones and this error is definitely one that deserves our attention right away. Has there been any recent downloads done to the phone shortly before this happened? This would include any new apps or software updates.
