How do I get the screen to rotate from portrait to ladscrape?

5th icon should be gray, not blue. It is a lock with a circular arrow. If it is already gray, turn it on (blue) and off (gray) and try again.
If that doesn't work, a full power cycle (reboot) usually does the trick.
