won't download pictures from phone to computor
It's a notification, not a quick setting ... you may need to scroll through your notifications to see it, depending on how many you have open. It should say USB Charging.or USB for Charging, depending on which phone you have. Tap it and change it to File Transfer.

Have you pulled down the phone's notification shade and ensured that the USB mode is set to file transfer?
I pulled down shade but don't see USB mode.
