My voice mail quit working. When I dial *86 I get a busy signal every time.

Having access to your voice mail is definitely a necessary feature and we want to make sure that yours is working as it should. When did this start happening? Are you able to make and receive calls just fine? Try dialing your cell phone number from a land line, let it go to voice mail and when you hear the greeting press the '#' key and enter your password. Are you able to access the voice mail with this method?
