Texas Hill Country poor service. Any new coverage planned?

We've moved to the Texas Hill Country Zip Code 78675 and we are in an area on the edge of the service map. we're high on a hill and if you stand in the right place you can get LTE and move 25 feet and go to 3G and another 25 and go straight to 1x.

Are there any plans to install any towers on or near Highway 16 between Llano and Fredericksburg?

It's pretty unusable as it is now.
