I'm unable to make outbound calls in zip code 20001. I either get an "all circuits are busy" message or my phone beeps three times and doesn't connect. Is there a known outage?
Can't make calls in Baltimore, 21093 either. I'm getting the same messages.
Having issues calling and having calls disconnected mid-conversation in northern, VA, 20141
Cannot make calls in eastern Va 23517 either. Receiving the same message.
Working now in DC, zip 20036. Had been out for me to, but seems OK now.
