visual voicemail - changing number of rings

How can I change the number of rings that a caller gets before he/she goes into voicemail?

My online research indicates that this is set to 25 seconds (or about 5 rings), and that this setting cannot be changed by the device owner. Is this correct?

Can this setting be changed by a Verizon rep at the store?

ELBAM , we appreciate you doing some research to find the answer you are looking for and as stated above, we are not able to change the number of rings before the call goes to your Voicemail. The system is set up to ring for up to 30 seconds before the call gets set to voicemail.
