while trying to boot my ellipsis 7, it loads the red "ellipsis/powered by android" screen for 1 second, then goes black for 1 second, and cycles this pattern infinitely. hard and soft reboots do not work, they just turn the tablet off. battery is at 100%. its almost like its stuck between off and on.
the problem first occurred last week, i thought the battery was just dead and left it to charge all night. when i woke in the morning, it kept doing this same thing until the battery was completely drained, at which point i gave it another full charge. same results.
attempting hard or soft boots just turns the device off.
it is missing the sim card, my ex took it out and threw it away, but has worked fine with out it for the last few months.
