I've had Verizon cell service for years and lived in the same location with great service. Suddenly, my phone will not send or receive calls. I can get text messages and use the internet. The problem seems limited to actual phone calls. My phone has an "x" where the signal bars are. I have tried turning off my phone, taking out the battery, taking out the SIM card, dialing *228, resetting the default settings and nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
