CheckPoint Recently released an update to the ZoneAlarm Mobile Security scanner, and a scan of my long-time trusty phone with the new update, reveals, that it's supposedly vulnerable to a newly announced OS Vulnerability called "QuadRooter" (CVE-2016-2503, CVE-2016-2059, and CVE-2016-5340). SAupposedly, this has to do with hardware with certain QUALCOMM Chip Sets in them, and my phone evidently has the affected chipset, and system OS vulnerability.
Was wondering if either Verizon or Motorola were aware of this newly announced security vulnerability, and if so, when they were planning on releasing a security patch for the OS or an OS update for it for this model phone?
I have a Verizon Droid Razr Maax HD (XT926) running the latest OS Verizon released for it ( Android KitKat 4.4.2 - System Version is 182.46.15.XT926.Verizon.en.US)
