Does WiFi calling count against international travel plan minutes?

Got a trip coming up and signed up for an International Calling plan. Wondering if WiFi calling counts against the total minutes on the plan, since no cellular services would be involved?

No it does not. Just like using wifi at home doesn't use your cellular data plan.
