My Iphone 6 is not getting a signal. Have tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing. This is the second time is has happened and I can not receive or make phone calls

It happened again. Tried everything including sim card. Just logged into my account and it doesn't even show an iPhone? I don't get it. How can there be this type of problem after just a year? I can only use my phone on wifi. I've had no signal (searching) for two days.
