Hello, I just did a factory reset on my phone to clean it up and start over, now after that the phone goes into the setup process, it see my number- I hit next - then it ask for email setup - I hit skip - then it goes into the software update and sits there on checking for updates.
please any help would be great.
or if there is a way to flash the phone from a PC.
