Is there a section in the verizon website to leave a review of the company as a whole?
You can go on facebook or twitter.
Or send a physical letter to the correspondence address listed under the Contact Us link at the top of the website.

The best way to review the company as a whole is to review with your pocketbook. If you are unhappy, drop service. If you are happy, keep your service. Review process done!
I always have an open ear for feedback, F2005BSBLL. What’s going on today?

As a teenage girl who has to use the Verizon family sharing app, I am highly dissatisfied. Reasonably, my parents have blocked all things listed under “porn.” This is not a problem at all. Until I realized that this meant that I could not even look at women’s swimwear. I was only trying to buy a new bathing suit, but apparently that is inappropriate. Trying to understand this whole situation, I looked up men’s swimwear and to no surprise they were not blocked. I know what the creators of this app may have been thinking, but that does not give a valid reason to why these websites should be blocked. Another website that was blocked was Victoria’s Secret. In times of a pandemic, I should be able to online shop for whatever I need. This app is telling me that simply trying to buy a bra or underwear is inappropriate. I am very disappointed in Verizon and the things it has chosen to list under “porn.”
Sincerely, a girl who would like to buy a bathing suit
