plantronics bluetooth will disconnect during call and then reconnect seconds later. Began after last OS update early 2016. Any fix besides resetting to default?

I rely on my Bluetooth all the time. Does this happen on every call? Have you tried using your Bluetooth with a different phone? What happens?
