What upload and download speeds should I expect from my 4G LTE Ject Pack?

I am getting anywhere between 2 and 6 mgbt download and 1 and 2 mgbt upload speeds on my Verizon 4G LTE Jetpack.  What is normal?

4G LTE:  5-12 Mbps down, 2-5 Mbps up

3G EVDO: 600 Kbps-1.4 Mbps down, 500 Kbps- 800 Kbps up
