i deleted all my voicemails but when people call it says it's full. How do I fix this?

It's vital that callers are able to leave voicemails. I'm troubled to hear that they are not able to leave a message despite you clearing out your voicemail box. How long has this been happening? When you go to your phone application, select voicemail, is there a section that reads 'deleted messages'? If so, you will also need to clear those out as those take up storage in your voicemail box.
