I have an iPhone SE.....my brother in NC has gotten a new cellphone from Verizon and he can call me....however, when I attempt to call back I get a message saying Verizon cannot connect to that number as dialed...suggestions?
Try dialing the full 10 digit number, 1 (123) 555-6789
if you are in wifi calling, 10 digits must always be dialed. It is best to store contacts in universal format. Store the number above as
+1 123 555 6789
he should also reboot his phone to see if that helps.
Thanks, but have tried that first to no avail. Problem is not his phone...some other people can all him as indicated....Verizon clerk at store could not connect from Central Oregon either. His area code was new in May, 2016. May also be related to code for Indian cell phones.
