I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for alost decade now and I'm finally over it. After being told i had no insurance on my phone I bought a new one. It came with a tablet for some promotion they were doing for a $30 fee.
It it was not explained that this would be a monthly fee. The tablet is not a promotion. It was just an add on for an added fee for two years.
Then, I found out I did have protection on my phone (purchased at Verizon) but using a third-party insurance so they "didn't know" and couldn't see it.
After hundreds of dollars wasted and a sales model that just basically confuses the [Removed] out of me, I'm ready to find an easier service to work with. How do I get out of my contract?
