Backup and Restore from Verizon Cloud

I have new IPhone 7 Plus but can't get Verizon Cloud or the Verizon Coach to work. I can't even download contacts from Verizon Cloud that I can see has all my contacts. I purchased a Motorola from Verizon with Droid but had issues and when they reset to mfg I lost all contacts. But I can see them in the cloud but now can't get them to download. Can you help me.
