i purchased a ring tone and the screen says its downloading, but it isnt. Plus I cant find it in Sound options like it says. I have a Samsung Galaxy 7

It probably is downloading to the Downloads folder. You then have to move it to the Ringtones folder for it to show up as an option in the ringtones selection.
