Hello - I currently have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime phone and have been having issues hearing calls through my Uconnect bluetooth in my Jeep Wrangler. To hear a call, I have to turn the sound all the way up and the person on the other end also has trouble hearing me as well. I took my Jeep into the dealer about the issue and was told it worked fine when they connected to it and that it could be my phone. Has anyone had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it? Thanks!
