I was at a professional seminar in Las Vegas and my phone was stolen the first day. I carry the insurance for the phone but the store said it would take two days to get a replacement. I need my phone for my work - there is no way I could wait two days for a replacement. So I had to pay off the one that was stolen and buy a new phone. How do I file with the insurance company for a reimbursement of the amount that should have been covered by the insurance.
