My autopay didn't go through, will VW attempt to withdraw again?
DJ223, we know how important it is to know what to expect with your payment options. We are happy to help review what happens when a payment is not accepted. With our Auto-Pay feature, once a payment is not accepted or declined, a second attempt is not made. So making a payment manually would be needed. You can also check with your bank to see if they have a pending transaction with us that may not have been processed yet by their systems.

thanks Steven. After reading this, I tried to make a manual payment online but it would not let me do it at this time since my balance is showing less than the manual payment I want to make.
I will wait and make it later when the VW billing shows the declined payment.
