Hi, I have an issue with my trade-in phones with the local store since Thanksgiving. I have visited the local store at least 10 times, emailed, called, and texted the store manager many many times. However, the store manager decided to ignore my inquires and not responding at all.
It has been extremely frustrating working with this local store and the attitude is totally irresponsible.
Please let me know how to file a formal complaint. I have the name, email, and phone number ready.
