I switched from T-Mobile and opened up a new account with 5 lines.
Exchanged 3 Samsung Galaxy S6 for new iphone 7.
Exchanged 2 old iphones for Moto Z.
I am getting credit on 2 iphones and 1 Moto Z.
I am not getting credit on 1 iphone and 1 Moto Z. (Boggles my mind how could anyone not understand this)
All phones were submitted and approved by Verizon & is in their records. Have visited Store several times and the Manager tells me that she has done all she can but Verizon is not giving me credit on those 2 lines. She said she had also called customer service several times and they do acknowledge it but somehow it is not transferred to my bill. I have called them earlier and have been told that it will reflect in the next billing cycle.
It has been almost a year now and hope someone could resolve this. Feel like going back to T-Mobile. Never had an issue. Need Help.
