How is Tmobile service in Massachusetts? After 20 years with Verizon and 2 different customer service reps telling me one thing, which never happened, I'm looking to switch. Any insight on service would be much appreciated
bettybias, we would never want to lose a long term customer like you. Loyalty like yours is very rare. Please allow us a chance to turn things around. What has happened? How might we assist?

You will ave to go to the T-Mobile Community Forum to ask the question of how the service is in your area. We are Verizon customers and can't help you with T-Mobile.
If you would like help with your problem with Verizon, please share and we will be happy to help you understand what may be going on.
I have the same question regarding Minnesota. Ready to walk after 15 years or so.
People here that know about T-Mobile are probably those who have switched to Verizon.
I have all 3 major carriers here. Sprint is dead to me. If you are thinking of switching don't take someone's word for it. Buy a prepaid phone and actually test their network. Best to spend $50 over making the switch and on the hook for a few months or paying for devices if their service is subpar.

Wouldn't it make more sense to go ask on at a mobile board?
No need to walk from our Verizon Wireless family (https://www.verizonwireless.com/featured/better-matters/), Sank63. What specific service issues are you experiencing?
We can check your specific area if you share the ZIP code for the trouble area.

Hah, good luck!
I used to use Project Fi which was a service that used both Sprint and T-Mobile networks and the coverage was atrocious.
