You should let us know which phone you have.
I have the simplest phone possible, altho if you are truly with Verizon you would know that by looking at my account, wouldn't you? I only use the phone for calls and texting. I read about WI FI Calling and found a company who sells for $15 per month. I was wondering if I could lower my phone bill by activating WI FI Calling to the phone I already have - I am not interested in buying a new phone.

Possibly you don't know how this forum works. Verizon employees don't have access to your account just by looking at your post. Before they would be able to access your account, they would request to send you a private message to make sure you have authority to get information about an account.
Additionally, this is a public forum where other people who are not Verizon employees and not even necessarily Verizon customers can view posts in the forum. This is another reason why Verizon employees would request private messages when exchanging information about your account.
Lastly, if you only have the simplest phone possible, it is unlikely the phone has wifi capabilities and therefore would be unable to have wifi calling activated.
SANSEL83, we appreciate you posting in the forums for assistance. As others have mentioned, please never provide your private information publicly. So that we and our forums community can further assist; What phone make and model do you presently use? The majority of our WiFi Calling capable devices are Android and Apple based smartphones.
