I have almost no cellphone reception, when I am at home. I live in Lynnwood, WA. Also, when I get to work(Bellevue, WA). Once i enter the building, I immediately get 'No Service'. Never had this issue with ATT.
We know how important it is to be able to communicate especially in buildings. How long has this been going on? Do other Verizon customers in the building/home have this issue? Also, I'm curious do you have access to WiFi at these locations?
