How do I change the voicemail greeting from just a simple phone number to something like "your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system.?
Call in to your voicemail box (hold the "1" button on the dial pad until it connects) and then select the option for modifying the greeting which I think is in the administrative options (option "4" I believe). From here you will here the greeting options and can select your own or the pre-recorded ones but these are what you can select from....
