I just switched from Android to iPhone and now I cannot receive standard text messages. If the other user is on an iPhone, it works but any other messages never come through.
Go to messages and tick send as sms when iMessage isn't available.

We definitely want you to be able to send and receive text messages with your new iPhone SE! I am glad to hear that your SMS setting is turned on. Let's take a look at a few other things. Have you had a chance to reset your Network Settings? If not, please follow these steps:
