How to get back Verizon Visual Voicemail?

I have a Moto z2 Play and it's been having some issues lately. I rebooted it and the Verizon Visual Voicemail app disappeared completely, like I can't find it in my apps at all. Couldn't find it in the play store, so I got a link to it from someone else and it says my device isn't compatible with this version. I cleared the play store cache and data and restarted it and still get that error message. Found another post where they said to clear the cache and data of the app itself to fix this problem, but my phone doesn't think the app is on my phone anymore for some reason. Anyone know anything else I can try? Thanks!

It is possible the application was updated to no longer be compatible with your phone model. I would suggest emailing the developer using the email address from the Play Store listing asking for why the application isn't working anymore.

Thanks but this is the stock voicemail app that comes with the phone and hasn't been updated since 2015, so that's not the problem. This is an android problem with my phone specifically.

Even a application that came as stock with the phone will have a listing on the Play Store. You should be able to find it via the web version of the Store from a computer and not your phone.

Yes. The play store is where I'm getting the not compatible error message. It's the Verizon Visual Voicemail app last updated in 2015. This app worked fine before I rebooted.
