I have a Moto z2 Play and it's been having some issues lately. I rebooted it and the Verizon Visual Voicemail app disappeared completely, like I can't find it in my apps at all. Couldn't find it in the play store, so I got a link to it from someone else and it says my device isn't compatible with this version. I cleared the play store cache and data and restarted it and still get that error message. Found another post where they said to clear the cache and data of the app itself to fix this problem, but my phone doesn't think the app is on my phone anymore for some reason. Anyone know anything else I can try? Thanks!
