Has anyone succeeded in setting up an RC64R remote control (from Directv) to work with FIOS Motorolla Q1P6416 DVR box?
Unfortunately, coding a remote such as the RC64R to a FiOS Motorola STB wont work. The reason being is that Direct TV I believe uses the STB code for Phillips. If you were somehow able to enter the Motorola code in place of it, we couldn’t even say the Menu/Guide/VOD buttons would function correctly. Do you need another FiOS remote? Or do you just not happen to like the layout of it.
