Wifi 6- ASK-NCQ1338FA

My device is ASK-NCQ1338FA is wifi 6 certified but there is no option to enable for 6Ghz in the web UI. The tech support didn't help much by referring me to get a newer model to get wifi 6. After breaking the passthrough mode, it is pretty disappointing how VRZ handles things

Any suggestions?

Depends on if the router is WiFi-6e or just WiFi-6

WiFi -6 operates on 5 ghz.

While WiFi-6e can access 6 ghz.

"Wi-Fi today uses two bands: 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Wi-Fi 6E utilizes a third band: 6GHz."
