Would this be phone damage , the phone on speaker or FaceTime or regular phone call no speaker it' fades in and out so can't hear me and I can't hear you . Face ID won't work. Says no internet a lot and says no server slot too and can I turn my phone in for damage iPhone I have

Good morning Elena78. Great to see a face, but hearing is also important to FaceTime and calls. Please share a few more details. What troubleshooting has been done so far? Hi, I'd say with your speakers not working, losing internet connection a lot, screen unlocking not working, and a SIM card missing error message (I'm guessing that's what you mean by "no server slot"?)...it sounds like your phone is dying. Did you drop the phone or something else happened which could have damaged it? Or if the phone is several years old, the hardware is just going out due to age. I've heard the average lifespan of an iPhone is up to 6 years, but that can vary.

You could try getting a new SIM card or if your phone supports eSIM, to try installing a new eSIM and see if that helps. If it doesn't, time for a new phone.
