I cannot create my cart anymore.
I was checking out and chatted with a Verizon agent who said they'd help me waive the shipping fee because of all the trouble I've had with Express Pick-Up.
However, the price they quoted me was way more than what I was initially paying and saw in my cart.
So I told them no thank you, they insisted, and so I declined again and ended the chat.
But now I cannot add that to my cart. It just says "Something went wrong with your request. thanks for your patience. This will only take a few moments."
Did they lock up my shopping cart? Can someone help me, I messaged back and they just keep trying to finish the order for me. Horrible experience all around
