I tried to port a number from business account to a new personal account but got stuck at "Plans and Features". I always got error ""We are experiencing a problem while connecting you to the server. Please try again later."
" after clicking "Pick a Plan". I tried this for a few hours. I saw similar post on this board.
I went to the Verizon storefront but the person there said number transfer can only be done via phone. Then I called the transfer number that he gave me. It was a deadend. I tried the business support but got in a robocall maze. It was frustrating. Can someone help me please...?
