Request for Device Network Unlock

Hi, I am currently living in Vietnam and purchased a secondhand Verizon iPhone 14 Pro Max from a reseller. It has been more than 60 days since its initial purchase, but the device is still network-locked.

Could you please check the unlock status for my device? I can assure you that it has no unpaid bills, is not reported lost or stolen, and has no fraudulent activity. Thank you!

The current version of the device unlocking policy states that only devices purchased through Verizon and paid off will unlock. You need to get a refund from the seller. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem with previously owned phones.

My device has already been cleaned and is eligible for unlocking, but it hasn't been unlocked yet.

It's not going to unlock because the phone was bought at a reseller. Not sure what you mean by "cleaning", but there are ways to make a phone look clean when it isn't, which is another strike against getting a phone unlocked.
