So basically verizon sucks.

We can no longer upgrade our phones on our family plan because we will lose our unlimited data plan which apparently is no longer

grandfathered in.

Verizon could care less about customer loyalty.

I even tried to reach out to the CEO- Daniel Mead- and got one of his lackies instead!

Wow, that is terrible! You mean that the CEO of Verizon Wireless Dan Mead wouldn't take your important call personally! I wonder why. Better call his boss, the CEO of Verizon, Lowell McAdam, to complain.

Well, personally, I would rather that a CEO of a large company dealt with the issues of running and growing the company, rather than deal with complaints from "random" customers. ( I am assuming you are not the owner of a large enterprise account, because if you were, you would talk to your account team who would indeed get you in contact with Mead or similar.)

But (warning: more sarcasm) what pearls of wisdom do you have to share with the CEO? Is it more than: "I want to keep unlimited and you will lose many customers if you continue not to allow this."?

To me it's all about customer service so letting a CEO know that a customer

is dissatisfied with their company's

customer service I think is important.
