Where is support?

Where is VZW support? I've sent messages by Messenger, FB & Twitter but no reply. I know they are getting my messages. But why do they reply to posts after my post & ignore me? This has been going on over a week, I'm very frustrated. If I hadn't just signed a new agreement I would have gone with ATT. I was with Sprint & at least they would reply, it was a lie but they replied. This is horrible service or lack of. If TMobile had better coverage I would switch. There is not excuse for them not to reply, this is not the first time I've been ignored by them. VZW will you respond to this?

All you did was rant. Verizon wireless cannot reply to a rant.

Why don't you do the normal thing and call? Nothing like telling someone directly about an issue, no way to avoid it then

I stated my issue to VZW as they ask me to. Due to my work hours I'm unable to call. When I call or chat it takes up to 20 min. if you get a rep.

VZW should reply regardless of the issue. Right? It's their job to support us customers. More than once I've stated my issue and did what they said to do. I reply that, then they don't reply. One rep that did reply said they reply to tweets in order received. I said you are behind a week? They never replied back. That was the last reply I got. That's support? I do as I'm ask to do then nothing happens. They said device maybe defective I said ok what's next. Nothing from them back.

You work 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Last I checked customer Care is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I have even called at 2 or 3 in the morning and got service.

The problem I have in calling is I was lied to by VZW. I upgraded 2 phones, was quoted a price on chat & in store. Once I upgraded VZW would not stand behind the quotes. I had it on paper and thru chat. I showed it to VZW, they said sorry a mistake was made, nothing can be done. So I don't trust calls, if they won't stand behind what their employees say & it's in writing how can I trust a call? They even refused my complaint on this with the BBB. That tells me they are not a trust worth business. When my agreement it up i'll switch.

I continue to see where they reply to posts from other customers after mine but they won't reply to mine. Explain this.

My Ellippsys tablet has to go to repair again, it's not worked right since I got it. It was not fixed the first time in for repair. I sent messages on FB, Twitter, Messenger you didn't reply. Why? When my agreement is up I won't stay with VZW, i'll go with ATT. I try to use Chat, all reps are busy. With ATT there is no waiting, always a rep available. I have ATTUVerse home phone & internet, they have fantastic support. I don't understand VZW not replying. If I get a reply you state we replied. I didn't get it, so you say you will repost. You never do. That is not support. I need VZW to waive the fee for my tablet for the remainder of my agreement due to issues with tablet & lack of support.

I don't know why but I continue to have issues with VZW support on FB, Twitter & Messenger. VZW will not reply. I don't understand it. Why is VZW ignoring me & not replying? I'm so frustrated with this I'm just before paying a ETF and changing. I need support, where are you when I need support? You reply to other posts after my posts but not to mine. Who do I contact to get this issue resolved before I cancel? I want someone higher up to assist. CS does no good. In fact it's poor.

I know I can contact ATT via FB, Twitter or Messenger 24x7 and get a real live person with no waiting. With VZW call wait times and chat are up to 20min. I do have ATT home phone & internet so I know what kind of support I get from ATT. I have ask about the lack of support on the ways above as well as wait times for chat/phone support. So far it has not improved. As big as you are support could be a whole lot better. I was told to reply by twitter, well if no one replies what good does it do? Do need I need to copy/paste my messages, if so prove to me you replied as I have been told. I did ask for the messages to be resent, I was told they would, they weren't. That's not support, that's telling me you are tired of hearing from me. If you are buy me out, i'll go with a Carrier that appreciates my business. It's obvious VZW could care less about me. Sprint was bad but you are catching up with them real fast. It won't be long you will be #1 in poor support. I pay for service and I am not getting it. When I upgraded I got the runaround. I was quoted one price then it was wrong. VZW would not stand behind their quote so I had to get assistance from my Atty Generals Office. That's bad. I could have canceled but was willing to give you a chance, I was wrong for doing that. I learned from my mistake. It won't happen again.

I'm referring to voice mail issues. I can't access vm thru the app. Some VZW reps say it's for visual voice mail, I don't have visual vm, I have basic. Why is it on both phones? I did not upgrade either phone. I get inconsistent answers from VZW. One reply says:

Please try the instructions below to access your voice mail. Advise if this correct your issue.

Please access the voicemail application, select the menu icon, and select Settings. From the next screen, please ensure "Use notification settings for voicemail notifications" is checked.

I don't see what they are talking about. I'm disappointed that no one has a answer. Why no assistance thru Messenger? They tell me to send a private message, I do but no reply! That's horrible customer service.

I'm still experiencing customer service issues. They refuse to reply to my Private Messages. Why? They keep telling me send us a private message. I do, they will not reply. This is not what a customer should experience.

Thanks Ann. I was hoping for Chat but it's not working. I don't do Twitter, Facebook, or google+, but I do like email. I would call on the phone but I have 2 ferocious dogs that bark, and also my phone is dying.

Make a note if you do that kind of thing, support has to be easy to access

Then you could wait for a VZW rep to reply to your post which could be days from now and for them to offer to follow you in the community forum. Once they do and you follow them, you can send the rep a private Direct Message (DM) through the forum. That's is the closest thing to an email option besides the social media sites available.
